Springs held its annual flag football tournament on November 5. Four elementary and four middle school teams played. The Corona Student Center Coyotes took first place at the elementary level, and the Bear Creek team won at the middle school level. A total of 120 Springs students participated.
Flag football is one of four sports tournaments Springs students can enter annually. The next scheduled sports tournament is volleyball, which will be held January 21. Other sports tournaments in the school year include basketball (March 18) and soccer (May 13). Tournaments are open to both boys and girls grades 4-12, both in Homeschool and the student centers. Speak to your school representative to see if a team is forming at your school.
