Vice Principal Nicole Collins recognized the achievements of Journey Homeschool High School senior Leilani Launiu, “a dedicated and driven student whose high school journey reflects both academic excellence and personal growth.”
Leilani has distinguished herself as an outstanding student, noted teacher of record Megan Bernth, who pushes herself to go above and beyond, and it has been incredible to watch her grow in both confidence and ability.” Extracurricular activities in which Leilani is engaged include teaching pottery classes as part of an internship and participating in theatrical productions and comedy shows through her church. Her future goals include opening her own bakery.
Nicole continued, “Leilani’s journey at Journey Homeschool High School is a testament to her resilience, leadership, and passion.” Megan added, “I could not be more proud of the young woman she has become. I cannot wait to visit her future bakery one day.”
