Students Explore Pathways in CTE Career Workshops

Palm Academy 7th- and 8th-grade students recently participated in a series of hands-on career workshops led by a Career Technical Education (CTE) professional.

Throughout the sessions, students explored various professional pathways, including education, criminology, dentistry, and healthcare. As part of the practical training, participants learned foundational skills such as CPR while discussing the education and training requirements associated with each field.

The workshops provided students with an opportunity to align personal strengths with potential career goals, practice peer collaboration, and learn about post-secondary options.
