Rio Hill, 11, is a 6th-grade student with Springs’ Otay Ranch Academy for the Arts (ORAA). He is his 4th year at ORAA.
He became interested in drawing, he said, in the 3rd grade. He likes to draw pictures of nature using pencils and paints. Rio likes the teachers and his friends at ORAA. When he’s not at school or drawing, he likes skateboarding, swimming, surfing, tennis and playing cards and video games.
