Rafael Ibarra, 15, who will be entering the 10th grade at Renaissance Real World High School Academy in Temecula this fall, created and narrated a video on U.S. veterans and veterans benefits in U.S. history. With this video, he won the Springs National History Day competition, second place at the Riverside National History Day competition, and made it to the State finals at William Jessup University in Rocklin CA. Rafael presented the video at a recent Springs Board meeting and was well-received by the Board members and others in attendance.
