Springs’ Hemet Quest Student Center finished and “incredible” 2025-26 school year, reported Principal Eric Ballard. Students made significant progress in writing and math, he noted, and specifically noted that the school went from 8% math proficiency during the 2021-22 school year to 33% four years later.
Eric noted, “That kind of growth does not happen by accident. It happened because our teachers and ACEs put in the work every single day. It happened through after-school tutoring, targeted small groups, personalized instruction, ST Math, progress monitoring, and teachers refusing to give up on students who were not yet on standard.”
Hemet Quest is looking to continue its progress in the 2026-27 school year and reach 40% proficiency in both math and ELA.
