Springs’ Del Rio Student Center highlighted Hispanic Heritage Month with Kindergarten teacher Debbie Zarco reading to the students from the book Paletero Man by Lucky Diaz, reported Principal Anthony Yanez. He noted that she “went above and beyond to create a model of a Paletero cart providing students a real-life experience.”
