Springs’ Corona Student Center hosted a booth (pictured) at the Corona-Norco Day of the Child. This free event is for children to come together to play games, have their faces painted, jump in bounce houses, ride ponies, play at the petting zoo and win prizes.
The Center also presented a Santa Rosa Plateau field trip. Participants enjoyed viewing vernal pools with snakes and amphibians, hiking through grassy fields and seeing historic adobe buildings. Students got a glimpse of farm life from many years ago, and came to better understand how homes have changed over time.
