Springs’ Rancho Cucamonga Student Center kicked off the school year with a “high-energy” APEX fundraiser, bringing together students, staff, and families to raise over $11,000 for LEGO STEM kits and classroom supplies, reported Principal Amanda Deniston.
Throughout the week, APEX host “Go Go Trey” kept campus enthusiasm high with daily dance parties, student cheers, and a lively pie-in-the-face finale. More than just a fundraising milestone, the event served as a way to build community and spark campus spirit as students began the new school year.
In additional news, the Rancho Cucamonga community recently bid a fond farewell to Site Facilitator Cynthia DeWalt, who has taken a new role at another school. Deniston noted that DeWalt has been an integral part of the Rancho Cucamonga Springs family, and the team wishes her the very best in her next chapter.
