Kaitlyn Kight, 17, is interested in makeup and fashion. She said, “I love looking at all the new fashion trends and going shopping at all the different stores. I also love going to Sephora, a huge makeup store, and looking at all the makeup and trying it out. I could spend hours in there.”
Kaitlyn is an 11th grader in River Springs’ KEYS program. She lives in Temecula. She began the program a little more than a year ago “because it makes me have a lot more responsibility and allows me be more independent. This program seems like it’s the perfect fit for me. This program has been working great for me!”
Her favorite subjects are math and English. She added that she was receiving good grades and that the program fits well with her busy schedule, including working at her first job at Pie Nation Pizzeria.
Pie Nation has a “cool and fun work environment,” she said. “I love all my employees and am friends with many outside of work. My owners make it such a fun place to work and make it a very interesting and enjoyable job.”
