Each school year, twelfth-grade students from Springs Charter Schools are eligible to enter the Summit Springs Educational Foundation Scholarship competition. Scholarship award winners will be announced prior to the end of the school year.
This school year, the Summit Springs Educational Foundation (The Foundation) will award:
Three (3) $1,500 Summit Springs Educational Foundation Scholarships.
One (1) $1,000, Adelle Nicely Scholarship awarded to a Temecula Student Center student excelling in science, in memory of Temecula Student Center’s beloved science teacher, Ms. Nicely.
One (1) $2,000 Garret Caouette Scholarship awarded to a student graduating from any Springs Charter School meeting all scholarship qualifications. [Amount has increased!]
Two (2) $1000 Provident Savings Bank Scholarship awarded to a student graduating from any Springs Charter School meeting all scholarship qualifications.

Applications will be reviewed by a committee comprised of The Foundation’s Board of Directors, donors, and staff. All Springs 12th-grade students are eligible and encouraged to apply.
The committee will use a comprehensive review scoring system based on the following priorities: Community Service performed during the school year (pending verification), Leadership, School Involvement, Activities and Awards, Coursework/Major planned for College/Trade School, GPA, and Work Experience.
The scoring will also be based on the Mission and Vision of Springs Charter Schools (www.SpringsCS.org/Mission-Vision). In the event of a tie, applications will be re-evaluated according to the following criteria: application presentation, neatness, and adhering to application rules. All decisions of the Foundation will be final.
