Class of 2009
After High School, I was accepted by the UC Berkeley engineering program, so decided to take on the challenge. I finished in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at UC Berkeley when I just turned 22. After college, I pursued work in the game development field and attempted to develop a game on my own. The development requires a lot of resources that are difficult to attain singlehandedly, nevertheless, I got an interest from the former Sony Entertainment division of buying my concept and game engine, unfortunately due to resource limitation, I couldn’t make more headway. So in the mean time, I’m working on a database driven store front for several major clients for the company Star Link Co., Inc. I also took on a project overseas which will require me to travel and do intensive system analysis and coding for commercial-employees’ time clock system.
In conclusion, I realized that my degree, knowledge and experience does have a big demand in today’s business world, but my passion is always in gaming, hopefully, I’ll get back into the game industry in the future, when opportunity presents itself.
