I earned a degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Reading from Baylor University. I have 9 years experience teaching kindergarten and first grade. I love the littles and watching their excitement as they make connections.
When I’m not teaching I love to go camping, spend time at the beach, or just hang out with my family. I also love to listen to books!

When I was a child I loved history! My dad would take us on road trips and stop at all the historical markers.
I was a competitive swimmer on a national team for ten years. I am a certified scuba diver and have dived at night, with sting rays, manta rays, and lemon sharks.
