B.A. in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University. 3 Years classified experience in Oak Harbor School District, Whidbey Island, Washington, as a substitute and as the Site Editor and Office Assistant for North Whidbey Middle School.
I own a licensed home bakery called Frost It Bake Shop which specializes in custom cookies, macarons, cakes and cupcakes. When I am not baking, I love to read or hike with my dogs. I also love a good movie or board game night with my family.
My favorite series of all time are Harry Potter, Outlander and Twilight. Although my favorites are in the fantasy genre, I mostly read historical fiction but I also love true crime nonfiction books.
Math or English, but I loved Algebra the most.
I am a Navy Spouse and I have lived in 5 states over the past 10 years. California is my home, but I’ve also lived in Pensacola, FL, Aurora, CO, Rio Rancho, NM, and Whidbey Island, WA. I am afraid of heights, but would sky dive again…just don’t put me in a corner office in a sky scraper. I have a knack for finding lost pets and returning them to their owners. I have two rescue dogs myself. My German Shepard, Pepper, was a military working dog drop out because she was just too sweet and anxious, and my Hungarian Vizsla, Franklin, was one of a litter of 14 puppies I rescued. They both talk a lot and are very demanding of my attention. I love true crime documentaries and think my missed calling was a forensic investigator.
