Education Specialist
I graduated from San Diego State with a B.S in Psychology and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. I have been in the field of education for 12 years. Before working for Springs Charter Schools, I taught kindergarten and first grade. I am currently an Education Specialist working with grades K-12 and an Art teacher at the Corona Student Center. Working with children is my passion and it’s rewarding to see their enthusiasm to learn blossom.
In my spare time I love to exercise and take walks around my neighborhood. Cooking, watching my kids play sports, decorating and entertaining are also enjoyable and keep me quite busy.
I love reading anything by Dr. James Dobson, books that inspire and thrillers once in a while.
My favorite subject in grade school was Language Arts and Psychology when I attended college.
I ice-skated for 11 years when I was younger and was coached by Olympic medalists. Training weekly with Michelle Kwan is something I’ll never forget.
