Grace Mansell is an 8th grade Venture student whose parents have bought a motorhome to take the family to visit national parks across the U.S. Her favorite so far has been a visit to Glacier National Park in Montana. Grace recalled, “It was so beautiful there, with crystal clear lakes, and towering mountains.”
The visit included a 10-mile hike to a glacier: “To be able to go on that incredible hike was amazing.” Her experience, Grace said, was possible due to her participation in Springs’ Venture Online program. She explained, “Venture has let me be able to have a fun and engaging environment for school, and given me the ability to explore amazing places during the school year!”
While she was not sure initially what to expect, she soon realized “what an awesome opportunity this [is] for me and my family! Not many kids get to travel across the country and visit so many different places.”
