Journey Homeschool High School students Grace Dwinnell, Abianne Park, Anais Park, Amanda Quezada, and Jessica VanOrman were recognized at a National Honor Society (NHS) Awards ceremony, reported Vice Principal Erin Riley.
Students must earn a minimum 3.5 GPA to be honored by NHS. During the ceremony, the award recipients discussed how NHS helped them grow as individuals and leaders.
In other Journey news, a group of students recently toured March Air Force Base in Riverside, getting a close look at a C-17 cargo plane, a KC-135 air tanker, and a MQ-9 drone and speaking to those who work with these aircraft.
