The staff of Journey Home School High School attended an Ontario Reign hockey game as a team-building activity. Administrative Assistant Paulina Ivey said, “A great time was had by all, especially when Danniella Levinson and her darling daughter danced on the Jumbotron! It’s always a great time when we get to hang out together.”
The school’s 13 teachers and four aides serve 350 students in grades 9 – 12 with a program that individualizes course pathways for each student while meeting state standards. Students and parents have the choice to follow Springs specific curriculum or choose from several different other core curricula with a single subject teacher overseeing each course. Many Journey students take college courses while also working towards their high school diploma. For information, email paulina.ivey@springscs.org or shirley.jones@springscs.org.
