I loved school, but my favorite subjects were always a reflection of my teachers. In high school, I loved my English and History classes because my teachers were so engaging.
I’m the oldest of 3. My husband and I met in Gypsom, CO. I worked as a recreational counselor at two sleep-away camps, one for student’s with disabilities and one for at-promise students, which was a part of why I pursued my career in education.
