More than 300 parents participated in Springs’ annual Parent Ignite! conferences. Keynote speakers included Superintendent Kathleen Hermsmeyer and Survivor contestant and motivational speaker Gillian Larson.
Breakout sessions included finding the love language of your children, how to motivate your reluctant learner, foundational reading skills, raising digital citizens and more. Presenters included Kim Hein, Tamara Rose, Stephanie Grutzmacher, Nicole Haynes, DeeDee Whitley, Ximena Alvalos, Jennifer Arazia, Nicole Trimble, Nadia Phillips and Michelle Deering. Additionally, Venture and Homeschool parents were awarded certificates in recognition for their successful completion of the Parent Certification program 2018-2019.
