Science & Engineering Fair – Homeschool, KEYS, & Venture

preview flyer

This is an opportunity for our Homeschool student’s grades 4-12 to participate in a Science Fair Project competition. Students will be judged in the following grade categories:

Grades 4-5
Grades 6-8
Grades 9-12

Homeschool student’s grades 4-12 must take their completed Science Fair project to the Springs Event Center. Projects cannot be dropped off at any other school sites. Students will be required to give an oral presentation at this time (6-12 grades only) and will be judged in the appropriate grade categories. Not all categories will be awarded First, Second, and Third Place ribbons but each student will receive an award for participation. Ribbon winners will be eligible to enter the School Wide Science Fair on February 20, 2019.

Please be sure to review the complete list of regulations/requirements in this packet. It is from the Riverside County Office of Education which is where the winners of our School-wide Science & Engineering Fair will compete. Our requirements will mirror theirs so all projects and experiments can move onto the next level if selected as winners in their grade category.
