Virtual Village Teacher
In June of 1992, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Social Studies and earned my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, California. I attended Spanish language school in Guatemala.
Hobbies: Being outdoors for hiking, watching sunsets at the beach or gardening. Indoors I like to cook, embroider and other crafts utilizing fabrics and yarn.
During Winter Break, I got to visit with my son who lives in North Carolina. I picked up a book at a very hip coffee shop in Chapel Hill right near the University of North Carolina, The Beekeeper of Aleppo by Christy Lefteri.
My favorite subject in high school was Geometry. This is when math just made sense to me! I also had a wonderful teacher. I still, to this day, model my teacher the way she taught me.
My other favorites are: – Food: Tacos! – Movie: The Secret Life of Walter Mitty – Color: Blue – Drink: Starbucks’ Nitro Cold Brew – Season: Spring – Sports: Baseball – Singer: Lyle Lovett – Dessert: Creme Brulee – Restaurant: Yardhouse – Flower: Shasta Daisies
